Abstract

Light flux controlling member () includes: light controlling emission surface () for controlling the distribution of light emitted from light emitting element (); back surface () that is positioned on a side opposite light controlling emission surface (); boss () that is formed on back surface () side; and annular concave part () that is formed in the vicinity of a base end of boss ().
