Abstract
Disclosed herein is an inertial sensor. An inertial sensoraccording to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is configured to include a plate-shaped membraneon which a holepenetrating in a thickness direction is formed, a mass bodydisposed on a bottom of a central portionof the membrane, and a postdisposed on a bottom of an edgeof the membraneto support the membraneand surrounding the mass body. By the configuration, the preferred embodiment of the present invention reduces damping force due to viscosity of air at the time of vibration by forming the holeon the membraneto increase displacement or amplitude of the mass body, thereby increasing sensitivity of the inertial sensor
