A composition including a solution suitable for introduction into a blood vessel comprising particles including a treatment agent and a tunable stimuli-responsive polymer. A method including introducing a delivery device into a blood vessel; and introducing a solution into the blood vessel, the solution including particles comprising a treatment agent and a tunable stimuli-responsive polymer. A method including combining a treatment agent and a tunable stimuli-responsive polymer; and forming particles of the combination suitable for delivery through a blood vessel.
