In a state wherein a striker () is not locked in a latch (), a movable terminal () of a spring terminal () is in contact with a fixed terminal () of a terminal base (). Namely, a micro switch is turned ON. Here, the movable terminal () is folded outwardly, and includes a leaf spring function. Further, in an end portion of the movable terminal (), a hemispherical contact portion (A) protrudes outwardly, and the contact portion (A) contacts a contact portion (A) of the fixed terminal (). Thus, in a state wherein the contact portion (A) is in contact with the contact portion (A), elastic energy is accumulated in the movable terminal ().
