Abstract

A DC distribution board comprises, therein as internal devices, a circuit breakerprovided along each of branch lines branched from main wires of a direct-current power supply, and a controllerfor controlling switching of the breaker. The circuit breakercomprises: power connecting terminals t, tconnected to the main wires; load connecting terminals t, tconnected with wires from a load; a semiconductor switch deviceprovided along an electrical circuit between the terminals t, tand the terminals t, t; a current sensing resistorfor detecting an electric current through the electrical circuit; and a arithmetic circuitfor turning the deviceon or off according to an on/off control signal from the controller, and coercively turning the deviceoff when a current value obtained from a voltage across the resistorexceeds a set current.
