A cooling structure for a magnet-equipped reactor includes: a magnet-equipped reactor () having a core () around which a coil () is wound, and a magnet () arranged to contact the core (); and a cooling member () arranged to contact the magnet () of the magnet-equipped reactor () to cool the magnet ().
