An embodiment is a method of preventing, mitigating or treating Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS) that includes administering an effective amount of a medicament comprised of89a to a human to prevent, mitigate or treat PANDAS.
