Abstract
The battery unit () includes a flat battery () having a positive electrode can () and a negative electrode can () and a circuit substrate () provided on one of an upper surface and a bottom surface of the flat battery (). Circuit components () are mounted at the circuit substrate (). A battery side negative electrode terminal () and a battery side positive electrode terminal () electrically connected to the flat battery () are provided on a surface of the flat battery () provided with the circuit substrate ().
