Abstract
Provided is a cleaning blade in which at least a portion which comes in contact with a member to be cleaned is configured of a member having dynamic ultra micro hardness of from 0.25 to 0.65 and an index K acquired in the following Equation (1) of equal to or more than 15:index=[23° C. breaking elongation (%)]×[10° C. impact resilience (%)]×(−1)×[tan δ peak temperature (° C.)]/[Young's modulus (MPa)]/1000  Equation (1).
