Abstract
A compression chamber is formed by two end walls () and a flexible tubular member () extending between the end walls (). The flexible tubular member () is formed from an inner tube () of air impermeable material and an outer tube () of a braided material. The inner tube () is unstressed when the chamber is filled with oxygen or air and the outer tube () bears the pressure load.
