Abstract
An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a substrate; an undercoat layer provided on the substrate and containing a tin-zinc complex oxide powder having a volume resistivity of about 2×10Ω·cm or less; and a photosensitive layer provided on the undercoat layer.
