Abstract
A method for controlling interference is described. The method includes receiving an indication that a first carrier is not received by a first base station and a second carrier is received by the first base station (). Assigning a maximum transmission power for the first carrier so as not to exceed a transmission power for the second carrier is also included (). The method also includes simultaneously transmitting from a UE on at least the first carrier and the second carrier. Transmitting on the first carrier is performed in accordance with the maximum assigned transmission power (). Apparatuses and computer readable media are also described.
