Abstract

A mobile electronic deviceincludes a projector, a camera, and a processing unit. The projectorprojects an image, and the cameracaptures the image projected by the projector. Based on first image information for causing the projectorto project a predetermined image and second image information obtained by capturing the image projected by the projectorbased on the first image information by the camera, the processing unitdetermines whether the projectorprojects the predetermined image. When determining that the projectorfails to project the predetermined image, the processing unitsuppresses output of the projectorfor projecting the image.
