Abstract
A vehicle seat comprises: left and right side frames () which constitute left and right lower portions of a seat back frame (); an inner frame (pipe frame) disposed adjacent to a laterally inner side of one of the side frames (); a force-receiving member (bracket) disposed adjacent to a laterally outer side of the one of the side frames (), provided discretely from the inner frame, and configured to receive a load from outside in a lateral direction; and a load transmission part (lower frameand lower portionof the pipe frame) configured to transmit the load from the force-receiving member to a side laterally opposite to that on which the force-receiving member is provided. The force-receiving member is directly fixed to the inner frame.
