Abstract
A motor statorand a flange portionare integrally formed with each other, so that a stator assembly is formed. The flange portionextends outward from a coil arrangement portion of the motor statorin a radial direction, and at least a part of a radial outer faceof the flange portionis exposed to the outside of a housing. The position of the stator assemblycan be adjusted with respect to the housingin a circumferential direction along a circle that has an axial center of a rotating shaftas a center thereof.
