Abstract

A heterocyclic fused anthraquinone derivative, which is represented by a formula (I): wherein Ris a substituent being one selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, halogens, aminoalkyl group, sulfoalkyl group, haloalkyl group, piperazino group, sulfonyl group, morpholino group, alkali group or one substituent represented by a formula (II): wherein Ris amino group, oxyl group or a thiol group. In the meantime, a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned heterocyclic fused anthraquinone derivatives and a pharmaceutical composition using thereof are also disclosed here.
