Abstract
An apparatus for adjusting the fuel amount of a diesel engine is capable of preventing a decrease in the accuracy of the adjustment of the fuel amount. An engine stop operation input portionis installed in the sliderand an engine stop operation output portionis opposite to the engine stop operation input portion. When an engine stop operation is performed, engine stop operation forceis inputted from the engine stop operation output portionto the engine stop operation input portionand the sliderslides in the direction of the decrease in the fuel amount with the governor leverremained intact so that the engine is stopped.
