Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for selecting at least one of a plurality of controllable devices (-), wherein each of the controllable devices (-) is adapted to transmit a distinguishable signal. The method comprising the steps of receiving () the signals from the plurality of controllable devices by means of a plurality of receiver modules comprised in a control device (), wherein each receiver module separately detects a contribution of the signals; determining (), using a correlation between the different signal contributions, a width and an angle of incidence for each of the signals; comparing (-) the width and the angle of incidence for each of the signals with a set of predetermined criteria; and selecting () at least one of the plurality of controllable devices best matching the set of predetermined criteria.
