Abstract
The present invention relates to a C-aryl glucoside derivative of Formula (I) below, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, wherein X, R, R, R, R, m and n are as defined in specification. The derivative of the present invention is a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitor associated with glucose reabsorption of bowel or kidney, and has a good urine glucose excreting effect, thus being useful as a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes and related diseases.
