Abstract

There is provided a non-aqueous electrolytic solution comprising an electrolyte salt, a specific fluorine-containing solvent and a fluorine-containing cyclic carbonate represented by the formula (A1): wherein Xto Xare the same or different and each is —H, —F, —CF, —CHF, —CHF, —CFCF, —CHCFor —CHOCHCFCF; at least one of Xto Xis —F, —CF, —CFCF, —CHCFor —CHOCHCFCF, and the non-aqueous electrolytic solution has further excellent noncombustibility and is suitable for lithium secondary batteries.
