Abstract

A method for driving a display panel is provided. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, providing a first scan signal to turn on a plurality of first sub-pixels within the ipixel row of the display panel during a Nframe period, so as to make the first sub-pixels respectively receive a corresponding first data signal. Next, providing a second scan signal to turn on a plurality of second sub-pixels within the ipixel row of the display panel during the Nframe period, so as to make the second sub-pixels respectively receive a corresponding second data signal. The amplitude of the first scan signal is different from the amplitude of the second scan signal, and N and i are positive integers.
