Abstract

The invention relates to compounds the formula (I): and pharmaceutically usable salts, tautomers and stereoisomers thereof, wherein R, Rand Rare defined herein. The compounds of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically usable salts, tautomers and stereoisomers are inhibitors of PDK1 and cell proliferation/cell vitality and can be employed for the treatment of tumors.
