Abstract
A nonaqueous electrolytic solution of an electrolyte salt dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent, containing a hydantoin compound represented by the following general formula (I) in an amount of from 0.01 to 5% by mass of the nonaqueous electrolytic solution, and excellent in battery characteristics such as high-temperature storage property and cycle property. (In the formula, Rand Reach represent a methyl group or an ethyl group; Rand Reach represent a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an ethyl group.)
