Abstract
A light-emitting device including: a substrate; a light-emitting diode; and an optical resonance layer to resonate light emitted from the light-emitting diode. The optical resonance layer includes a first layer, including a polysilsesquioxane-based copolymer. A linking group connecting two different silicon (Si) atoms of the polysilsesquioxane-based copolymer can be —O—, or a substituted or unsubstituted C-Calkylene group.
