Abstract
An electric double layer capacitor includes an anode and a cathode. The anode includes an anode current collector, and a conductive layer and an anode active material layer, on the anode current collector. The cathode includes a cathode current collector and a cathode active material layer on the cathode current collector. The conductive layer includes a conductive material with electrical conductivity of 10to 10S/cm.
