Abstract

The present invention provides a method of prophylaxis, treatment or inhibition of a cannabinoid receptor-associated disease, disorder or condition in a mammalian subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a compound having the structure of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, acid salt, hydrate or stereoisomer thereof, wherein the cannabinoid receptor-associated disease, disorder or condition is pain or an inflammatory disease, disorder or condition, and wherein formula I is as follows: wherein R, R, Z, Y and m are defined in the specification.
