Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound of formula (I): or hydrates, solvates, prodrugs, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R, R, X, Y, ring A, Rand Rare as defined in the detailed description and claims. The compound of formula (I) are receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitors and have efficacy for the treatment, prevention, or amelioration of RTK-related diseases.
