Abstract
The present invention provides an ink composition including (Component A) a compound having two or more groups represented by Structural Formula (1), (Component B) a compound represented by Formula (2), (Component C) a coloring material, and (Component D) water: wherein in Structural Formula (1), Rand Rrepresent alkyl groups, and Rand Rmay be bonded to each other to form a ring; and in Formula (2), Rand Reach represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or the like; Yand Yeach represent —O—, —S—, —NR—, or the like; Gand Geach represent a hydrogen atom, a cyano group, an amide group, or the like; Rand R, and Gand Gmay be respectively bonded to each other to form a ring; and at least one of R, R, Y, Y, Gand Gis substituted with a hydrophilic group.
