Device for ejecting a liquid or pasty product, comprising a body () that has a portion () designed to contain the product to be ejected and that has a hole () for ejecting the product, a rack () that moves in a bore () in the body () and causes the volume of the portion () designed to contain the product to vary, and a rack () movement mechanism comprising a pivoting lever () and a pawl () for acting on the rack (), which device is characterized in that the pawl () and the lever () form a one-piece plastics structure.
