Means to Solve A first cam mechanismis provided between outer portions of opposite surfaces of a rotorand a piston. A shaft portionis integrally formed in a central portion of the opposite surface of the rotoropposed to the piston. A pair of outwardly projecting portionsare formed in an outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion. A through holein which the shaft portionis inserted is formed in the piston. A pair of inwardly projecting portionsare formed in an inner peripheral surface of the through hole. The outwardly projecting portionsare arranged such that each of the outwardly projecting portionscan pass through a gap between the inwardly projecting portionsand the inwardly projecting portionsare arranged such that each of the inwardly projecting portionscan pass through a gap between the outwardly projecting portions. A second cam mechanismis provided between opposite surfaces of the outwardly projecting portionand the inwardly projecting portionopposed to each other when the rotoris rotated through a predetermined angle after the outwardly projecting portionhave passed through the gap between the inwardly projecting portions
