Abstract
The invention relates to a pencilfor writing, drawing, painting and/or cosmetics purposes, comprising a colored coreand a core holder enclosing the core, wherein the core holder comprises a wood-replacement materialwhich encloses the core, wherein the coreand core holder are retained such that they cannot be displaced in relation to one another, wherein the core holder has a carrying sleevewhich encloses the wood-replacement material, and wherein the modulus of elasticity of the carrying sleeveis equal to, or higher than, that of the wood-replacement material and the bending strength of the carrying sleeve is higher than that of the wood-replacement material.
