Abstract
The present invention relates to dental machining apparatus () for blanks () comprising a tool spindle () having an axis of rotation () and mounted in a bearing housing () disposed on the machine housing side. A force sensor () is also provided, which is disposed between the tool spindle () and the bearing housing () for the purpose of detecting the machining force acting on the tool spindle (), wherein the tool spindle () can be supported against the bearing housing () directly or indirectly via the force sensor ().
