Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical connector () with an inner housing (), an outer housing () and a locking arrangement (L). In order to provide a control mechanism for a correct insertion of the inner housing () into the outer housing C(), the invention provides that the electrical connector () has an indicator sleeve (), whose insertion into the outer housing () is blocked by the locking arrangement (L), if the inner housing () is incompletely inserted into the outer housing ().
