Abstract

The present invention provides a mobile communication terminal that enables notification of some kind of information regarding an emergency notice to a user when a part of data composing the emergency notice message can be received. The mobile communication terminal operates in compliance with a wireless system of 3GPP standard, and includes a channel evaluation unitor a message evaluation unitthat, when a part of a PDU (Protocol Data Unit) is received from a base station among the PDU necessary for generating a Service Data Unit, evaluates at least one of a channel type and a message type of the part of received PDU, and a control unitthat notifies the user that the emergency notice is generated when the channel type or the message type evaluated by the channel evaluation unitor the message evaluation unitindicates information regarding the emergency notice.
