Abstract
An imaging deviceis configured to include an imaging elementand a DSP. The imaging elementincludes a sensor registerthat stores imaging control information, and the DSPincludes a mirror registerhaving a configuration equivalent to that of the sensor register. A system controllercontrols such that identical imaging control information is stored in the sensor registerand the mirror register, and a timer sectionis configured such that, in response to timer events generated with a period of a time interval T, the imaging control information stored in the mirror registeris transmitted to the imaging element, thereby refreshing the sensor register
