An LED module Aincludes LED chipsR,G,B, and a module substrateon which the LED chipsR,G,B are mounted. A wireR is connected to the LED chipR, and the LED chipsG andB are arranged to face each other across the wireR. With this arrangement, the LED module Ais reduced in size, and red light, green light and blue light are properly mixed.
