Abstract
The invention comprises the method of growing lead chalcogenide nanocrystals from the surface of titanium dioxide in organic solvents, lead chalcogenide/TiOnanocomposites colloids produced by the claimed method, and the application of lead chalcogenide/TiOnanostructures as an active absorbing element in nanocrystal-sensitized solar cells.
