Abstract
Collation information () of data () is acquired via a high-secure network (). The data () is acquired via a low-secure network (). The acquired collation information () and data () are collated. If the collation result is 'match', it is determined that the low-secure network () is not disguised, and access to the low-secure network () is permitted. The use of the downloaded data () on the high-secure network () and low-secure network () is permitted.
