Abstract

A signal transmission circuittransmits input signals INand INeach having a different transmission speed in a mutually electrically insulated manner. Signal transmission circuitincludes a pulse generation unit, transmission unitsand, a latch circuit, and an oscillation determination circuit. Transmission unitsandtransmit pulse signals PLS_A and PLS_B generated by pulse generation unitin accordance with logical states of input signals INand INto latch circuitand oscillation determination circuitin a mutually electrically insulated manner. Latch circuitrestores input signal INin accordance with rising edges of pulse signals PLS_A and PLS_B. Oscillation determination circuitrestores input signal INbased on oscillation states of pulse signals PLS_A and PLS_B. With such a configuration, a plurality of signals each having a different transmission speed can be transmitted in a mutually electrically insulated manner.
