Abstract

Provided are compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating or preventing disorders associated with NMDA receptor activity, including schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, cognitive disorders, depression, neuropathic pain, stroke, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, and related neurologic events or neurodegeneration.
