Abstract

A method for preventing and/or treating a tumor, the method comprising: intravenously administering an antisense oligonucleotide in an amount of between about 400 to about 800 mg/m/treatment cycle, the antisense oligonucleotide comprises 8 to 30 nucleotide building blocks, which hybridizes with mRNA of TGF-beta-2, -1 and/or -3 for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition.
