Abstract
The invention relates to a vehicle seat with a seat part, with a backrest and with a support structure for supporting the seat part as well as the backrest, in which the support structure is capable of being fastened to a bodywork component and in which forces acting upon the vehicle seat by means of the support structure are capable of being introduced into the bodywork component, and in which the support structure has an asymmetrical framework with main force braces extending substantially vertically.
