Abstract
A compact lightweight communication devicecomprising a wireless headsetor wireless earsetcan be provided for wireless communication, to a mobile phone or other wireless electronic communication device. The user friendly communication devicecan have a pivotable boomproviding an arm with one and preferably multiple microphonesand, as well as one or mobile tactile buttons. The multifunction communication device can have acoustic audio transducer, such as a speakerand/or an earbudor earphone. The audio transducer can pivot on a pivot tubecomprising a pivotable stem to accommodate the left ear or right ear of the user. The boom and stem can pivot clockwise and/or counterclockwise, manually and independently or can be coupled to automatically pivot together.
