Abstract
A microphone holder is provided that allows a microphone to be attached and detached by a one-touch operation and to be securely held. A first and a second magnetandare provided at positions where a holding frameand a clamp armoverlap with each other such that different poles are opposed to each other. The magnets are magnetically attached to each other to lock the movement.
