A naphthoxazine benzoxazine-based monomer is represented by Formula 1 below: In Formula 1, Rand Ror Rand Rare linked to each other to form a group represented by Formula 2 below, and Rand Ror Rand Rare linked to each other to form a group represented by Formula 2 below, In Formula 2, * represents the bonding position of Rand R, Rand R, Rand R, or Rand Rof Formula 1. A polymer is formed by polymerizing the naphthoxazine benzoxazine-based monomer, an electrode for a fuel cell includes the polymer, an electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell includes the polymer, and a fuel cell uses the electrode.
