Abstract
A carrier for developing an electrostatic charge image comprising a core material and a coating resin layer that covers the core material, wherein the core material is a ferrite particle having a Brunauer-Emmitt-Teller (BET) specific surface area of from about 0.12 m/g to about 0.20 m/g, and having a fluidity of from about 26 sec/50 g to about 30 sec/50 g.
