A vehicle headlamp according to the present invention is provided with: a semiconductor-type light sourceU; a reflector; a holder; a mount memberU; and a light shading memberU which has first additional reflection surfacesU,U as optical members. The mount memberU and the light shading memberU that has the first additional reflection surfacesU,U form an integrated structure. As a result, the vehicle headlamp according to the present invention is capable of mutually mounting, with high precision, a semiconductor-type light sourceU and the light shading memberU that has the first additional reflection surfacesU,U as the optical members.
