An in-wheel motor drive assemblyincludes: a motor unit A; a speed reduction unit B having an output shaftreducing the rotational speed of the motor rotary shaftand outputting the reduced rotation and a speed-reduction-unit casingforming a contour, and disposed on one axial side of the motor unit A; a wheel hub bearing unit C having a wheel hubfixedly coupled with the output shaftand a wheel-hub-bearing outer ringrotatably supporting the wheel hub, and disposed on one axial side of the speed reduction unit B; and coupling portionssecured to at least one of the wheel-hub-bearing outer ringand speed-reduction-unit casingto couple with members of a vehicle body.
