Abstract

A base station controlling apparatusthat causes a plurality of base stationsto synchronously distribute a plurality of packet data to a mobile terminal, including: a receiver Sthat receives a plurality of packet data; a transition information generator Sthat generates transition information corresponding to a sequence number of packet data used for switching a compression state when the plurality of packet data are compressed; a compressor Sthat compresses the plurality of packet data based on the transition information; and a transmitter that transmits the plurality of compressed packet data to the plurality of base stations, and transmits the transition information to another base station controlling apparatus.
