A molding process is performed by molds such that a primarily molded bodymounted with a detecting elementfor detecting a vehicle condition is subjected to a secondary molding process, and that a hollow portionwithin a connector housing portionto be formed by the secondary molding process is penetrated to the face area of the primarily molded bodycorresponding to the position of the detecting element
